Shipping

Delivery times vary depending on their destination. It will take anywhere from 2-14 working days via Regular Post or 1-5 days via Express Post.

We offer local pick up from our store at 84 Station Street Seymour, Victoria.

 

We can ship internationally upon request, contact us by emailing renee@elsieandflorence.com.au to receive a estimated shipping cost.

 

AUSTRALIA POST

Once your order has been fulfilled and handed over to Australia Post, it is no longer within our control.

If you have concerns regarding delayed, lost, or stolen parcels — including delivery timeframes or packages marked as delivered but not received — please contact Australia Post directly for assistance.

We’re always happy to help where we can, but unfortunately we’re unable to take responsibility for parcels once they have left our store.

Refunds & Exchanges

At Elsie & Florence, we’re happy to offer an exchange or store credit for change-of-mind or incorrect-fit purchases.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.

To be eligible for an exchange or credit note:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with all tags and labels attached

  • Proof of purchase (e.g. receipt or invoice) must be provided

If an item is found to be faulty, we will of course meet our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law.

Please note:

  • Sale items are final — no exchanges, credit notes, or refunds will be issued on sale purchases

  • Any return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • If you're exchanging an item, you’ll also be responsible for the postage of the replacement item

Faulty Items

If you believe you’ve received a faulty garment, please contact us by emailing renee@elsieandflorence.com.au with images, your order/receipt number and a brief description of the issue.

 

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash and must be used within 2 years of purchase date.

 

Store Credits

Store credits cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash and must be used within Twelve (12) months of issue date.
